1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of mmf-services.com (the "site") and the free games on it. The site is run by Mmf Services ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use the site

The site is for adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. By entering the site, and again when you create an account, you confirm that this applies to you. If you are under 18, you must not use the site. We may ask you to confirm your age at any time and may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone who doesn't meet these conditions.

3. What the site is

Mmf Services offers free-to-play games for entertainment only. In particular:

• there is no real-money gambling and nothing to buy;
• coins, credits and levels are virtual: they have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or prizes;
• no prize of money or real-world value is offered;
• doing well in a free game does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.

The games on the site are our own and run in your web browser. They can be played with or without an account.

4. Your account

An account is optional. If you create one:

• give us accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep one account per person and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account;
• if you sign up with Google, we receive your name and verified email address from Google and apply these terms to that account;
• you can sign out or delete your account at any time from the My Account page. Deleting removes your account file from our server.

5. Mmf coins and levels

Signed-in players can collect virtual Mmf coins and XP, for example through the daily bonus and by opening games, and can reach higher levels. These are part of the fun of the site only. We may change how coins, XP and levels work, correct mistakes or reset balances where needed for fairness, security or technical reasons.

6. Acceptable use

Please play fair. You must not:

• cheat, use bots or automated tools, or exploit bugs to gain coins or XP;
• try to access another player's account, our server, our files or anything you are not meant to see;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell our games, code or artwork;
• send spam, abusive messages or false information through our forms;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms other people or the site.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Our content

The games, artwork, text, code, logos and the Mmf Services name belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy or reuse our content without our written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the site running but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, pause or remove games, features or the whole site, for example for maintenance or improvement.

9. Other services

Some features use other services, such as Google sign-in and an email delivery provider that sends your contact messages to us. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to how they handle information. We don't control those services.

10. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, because the site is free, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of virtual coins, XP or levels, or for any indirect or business losses. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to close or change the site. When an account is deleted, its coins, XP and level are removed and can't be restored.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live. Nothing here affects any rights you have that can't be excluded by law.
